From Concentrate Orange Juice (FCOJ)

Description

Most of our orange juice is frozen and concentrated. Instead of pasteurising, we remove the water to save space, making it easier to transport overseas, while freezing it to preserve it on the journey. FCOJ extract is approximately five times more concentrated than NFC juice. It is mainly used to produce reconstituted juice, by adding water, and in the production of nectars and soft drinks.
